Hoe verzenden we?
Carriers
We work with PostNL and DPD for standard parcel post. For larger shipments, we use pallet transport. In the Zoetermeer region, we also deliver with our own courier.
Order and shipping times
Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
Track & Trace
After dispatch, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by e-mail. This allows you to track your order at any time.
Pick up in Zoetermeer
You can also pick up your order at our address: Van der Waalsstraat 44 D, 2721 KX Zoetermeer. When checking out, select 'Pick up' and we will prepare your order.
Hoe werkt retourneren?
Contact us
Send an email to info@aysantruckparts.nl with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a confirmation within 1 business day.
Pack the product
Package the product in the original packaging (if possible). Ensure the part is clean and undamaged.
Ship the package
Send the package to: Aysan Truck Parts V.O.F., Van der Waalsstraat 44 D, 2721 KX Zoetermeer. Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
